Contemporary Kids Bathroom – Saratoga

The space was opened and enlarged by removing the wall from water-closet area, opening the bathroom to the window for natural light and ventilation. The bathroom is tiled in a Luxe White Magnifica polished porcelain that resembles marble, new deep bath tub installed, new floating brilliant white vanity with drawers, two sinks and two tall cabinets for all the bathroom storage were provided.

Colors: Brilliant white and light grey color with contrasting black mosaic pallet was chosen for this bathroom. 

Finishes and Fixtures: All new finishes were furnished: large format Magnifica tiles on the walls, unpolished Magnifica porcelain tile for the bathroom floors. Floating white cabinets on double sink vanity with two tall cabinets on each side provide lots of drawers for big and small bathroom items. New toilet without water tank is used.

Lighting & Electrical: New recessed lighting and lighted mirror provide layered light, new quiet ventilation with humidity and motion sensors create relaxing atmosphere.
