Kitchen and Pantry – Dolphin Isle

This kitchen is located on the first floor of the residence, opposite the laundry area. The contractors completed a full remodel by removing the existing kitchen and opening up the space to create a more functional and spacious layout.

Colors: A neutral palette of white and light wood tones was selected for the kitchen and pantry. White shaker cabinetry was combined with warm honey-toned wood cabinetry to create a balanced and inviting aesthetic.

Finishes and Fixtures: The homeowners selected the cabinetry, as well as Taj Mahal quartzite for the backsplash and countertops. The kitchen also features a new Kohler sink and faucet, a new electric stove, and a large-capacity refrigerator.

Lighting, Electrical & Ventilation: New LED recessed lighting and pendant fixtures provide layered illumination, delivering both general and task lighting throughout the kitchen. A new exhaust hood above the stove ensures effective ventilation and any odor removal.
