Contemporary Bathroom – Saratoga

This Bathroom located next to the laundry area was newly built with operating skylight, open shower, new floating vanity with lots of drawers, additional tall & deep storage cabinet, new lighted mirror, recessed lighting and ventilation.

Colors: Neutral grey color pallet with wooden color cabinetry was chosen for this bathroom.

Finishes and Fixtures: All new finishes and fixtures were furnished: large format tiles on the walls, beautiful textured tile in the shower floor, another deeply textured tile was used in the long shelf, for the floor unpolished porcelain tiles were utilized. Floating wooden cabinets on the wall-to-wall vanity provide lots of drawers for big and small bathroom items as well as tall cabinets to store all the bathroom needs.

Lighting, Electrical & Ventilation: New recessed lighting and lighted mirror provide layered light, in addition to operable skylight for light and ventilation. New Panasonic quiet ventilation with humidity and motion sensors create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
