Front Flower Bed

The front planting bed was really overgrown, with two Golden Oriental Arborvitaes and middle part low growing junipers that already reached about 8 feet wide and 6 feet tall. It was blocking the road view for the cars backing from driveway. The replacement plants were chosen for their aesthetics as well as their low water requirements: evergreen shrubs – Ceanothus “Skylark”, Manzanitas “Sonoma” and “Sunset”, Hebe and Plumbago auriculata “Royal Blue”, perennials – lavenders, common yarrow, sea lavender and sedums.
